University Sign 40

A very large university sign for the University of Lincoln this is large aluminium composite tray formed into shape, shipped out and installed on site. The wording comes from delicate mirrored vinyl which is carefully applied and has a great effect on such a large sign like this.

This is one large sign! Constructed in several bits, this university sign is put together on-site, and from looking at this picture, with difficulty.

With the right equipment though, and wearing the right safety gear, the sign got put up on time.

Vinyl Sign 44

Although this can be achieved by other means, such as vinyl text on modularized slatz, here is an example of a wayfinding sign that uses wide format printed vinyl onto an aluminium monoform backing. This is then secured to posts, and the posts are dug into the ground and secured with concrete.

Clearly from the wide format printed vinyl sign itself you can see that it is an educational sign (University sign) from the University of Salford, but that is also a corporate symbol and registered trademark.

Hardly difficult to see who this is for, this is a highly bespoke university sign for a prestigious University. This is listed as an university sign but just as important are its properties as a profile sign, more commonly known as cut out letters, the letters raised from the wall that they are attached to.

This university sign is for the University of Salford, and can also be considered a corporate sign because of the name and logo. It is constructed from aluminium and attached to posts. The lettering is white vinyl text.

This university sign is made from 11g aluminium sheet, with applied vinyl text and graphics on top, with a laminated coating for protection. It has been affixed to posts already in situ.
