As can be seen from the variety of information found on this safety sign, this is a sign that achieves several goals.

Firstly is the clear notice of where you are, Ward 12, with the mandatory (blue) notice directing visitors to nursing staff to sign in.

Secondly is the dual notices underneath, a warning (yellow) and a prohibition (red). All are clear to see, and there can be no ambiguity, as there are symbols too.

The sign is created using wide format printed vinyl on an aluminium composite sheet which is then fixed firmly to the wall with tamper-proof screws.

It might be because of dangerous machinery, or because of secrecy issues (industrial espionage is real, you know), but whatever the reason this safety sign sticker is easy to understand and clearly shows what is mandatory.

These safety sign stickers are the standard size (100mm x 100mm) and clearly show some form of permit or identification is required.

This is a rather odd safety sign sticker, but one that does definately have a place. Perhaps a dance hall where the floor is kept pristine and shiny? Boots wouldn’t be welcome there. Or in an industrial setting for a clean room, or laboratories, or perhaps a carpet showroom – those are places where heavy duty boots would be unwelcome.

It’s clear that the safety sign sticker is indicating a really heavy pair of boots (steelies, nails in the bottom and heel reinforcement). And obviously the prohibition symbol is fairly straightforward – so it’s very easy to understand that this is a No Boots Safety Sign Sticker!

In industrial situations there are many places that might require a key to get into, or where items need to be locked up securely. This is where the Locked Safety Sign Sticker comes into use. Clearly showing a heavy duty lock, it informs people that the item(s) nearby, or the fence/door, or whatever the safety sign sticker is placed on or near, needs to be kept under lock and key.

With a clear blue mandatory colouring, and a large lock symbol on the safety sign sticker, there is no confusing what information the safety sign sticker is trying to convey – lock this item/door/equipment up!
