Refunds

Due to the nature of online ordering, the quick progression to printing & manufacture, and the deduction of payment fees at the point of ordering, we have implemented a No Refunds Policy for any order placed online.

VAT

Prices listed beneath the signs do NOT include VAT, which is added when you order the sign.

Requirements:

JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Usually, you find this in the browser 'Options'. It is set to be 'on' by default. We also require that you allow cookies, this is so that the purchase information can be saved and then fed to Paypal when you pay - we do not store any other information, and once the transaction is complete, the cookies should be removed.

Be warned: this customisation form requires you to use a modern browser, IE5+ or a Netscape/Gecko browser, or Opera, or Safari. This is to ensure that the scripts work as they were intended to.


Style

Three styles of sign are customisable at GRS: Mandatory (Must ...), Warning (Warning! ...) and Prohibition (Do Not ...). We do not permit any other customisation as only these three types of sign can have any kind of deviation in their text.

Materials

We offer three types of material: self-adhesive vinyl, 2mm aluminium composite and signboard (in 3mm and 5mm varieties - this is a hard foam material).

Laminating

A laminated surface is an extra protective layer of gloss or matt PVC. This is applied by default, to protect your customised sign.

Adhesive

Adhesive costs an extra 5% of the total price of the order, for very durable Tesa adhesive tape.

Holes

By default, GRS supplies these customised signs with four corner holes. All of the hole options are free.

You will notice that some signs aren't customisable. Warning signs are yellow for example, prohibitive signs are red, mandatory signs are blue. These are standards that we adhere to and feel that customisation should not alter.

Do you want your sign to have adhesive on the back of your sign? Again, this is unavailable for self-adhesive vinyl (for obvious reasons).


Do you want to have holes drilled into this sign? This is FREE.


Write in the text that you would like to appear in your customised sign. Bear in mind that for Portrait 2 and landscape, you may be limited by space. All fonts are Arial Bold.

Also, with a yellow (warning) background the text will appear black.

Please bear in mind that any text you write in, although it may show as not filling the entire graphical box above, when printed it will fill the available space as much as possible.

For every sign you customise, it will be printed with the GRS Sign Company Limited web address in tiny letters along the whitespace at the bottom.
